 She trained gymnastics & ballet during her childhood.
 In bodybuilding she was the 2003 Pan-Hellenic champion and finished as runner-up in 2004 Balkan Championships. During this time she adopted the '''Nadia Crow''' nickname after her favorite US movie ''The Crow'' (as revealed in an interview for xbody.gr). She then took a four year hiatus from the sport and competed in wrestling for various producers.
 She took up wrestling in 2004 and appeared on Fighting Style's Berlin Expo event that year under the name '''Nandia'''. She quickly established herself as one of top performers on the European wrestling scene and fought several elite competitors with good results.
 In 2005 she competed in a tournament organised by Festelle in which she took on the experienced Belgian wrestlers [[Puma]] and [[Anne Hurricane]] amongst others.
 She made a guest appearance for DWW in 2006 where she had three fights which featured on the DWW-423 "Muscles vs Muscles" tape.
 She returned to workout competition in 2009 but mostly focused on fitness events from there on.
 She quit the competitive fitness scene around 2013 and worked as dietitian & health coach since then. As of 2019 she is employed in the AHEPA University Hospital in her hometown of Thessaloniki.
