Brunette Alexandra was a wrestler for the German Mat Club. She was an audience favorite at the Club's live events, principally due to her energetic approach and winning smile, as her win-loss record did not mark her as an elite wrestler. Alexandra competed in both topless and nude matches.

Alexandra began wrestling at age 22 in early 1989 for the German Mat Club, which later became Beka. Alexandra had a background playing soccer, and in her first match earned a 2-2 draw against a fellow novice, Gerlinde (GM 2079-4). The young ladies wrestled topless and wore relatively conservative European style shorts and wrestling shoes. The action was spirited, if not skillful, and Alexandra showed a strong competitive spirit as she avoided giving up a point to Gerlinde in the closing moments of the match.

Her second match was against the indominable Petsi, ten years her senior, and Alexandra came away with a 1-1 draw (GM 2077-3). Petsi appeared to be exhausted from prior matches that day, as she would have been expected to easily handle the less experienced and skilled wrestler. Alexandra dispensed with the gym shorts and wore an attractive low-slung bikini bottom with side ties and wrestling boots, and she would wear this outfit for three matches during this session. Alexandra then lost to Tatjana, 1-0, and Jeff the Ref asked the audience to acknowledge Alexandra’s “energetic performance” (GM 2078-4). Later in that session, Alexandra lost 2-0 to Karin, who would later become earn a small measure of renown as the champion of an 8-woman all nude wrestling tournament (GM 2080-2). It is notable that Alexandra was matched against two of GMC's top ladies in only her second outing as a competitive wrestler.

In the January 1990 event, Alexandra began to blossom as a popular wrestler. She defeated Doris and then Claudia to reach the finals of the 8-woman tournament that was open to the less experienced wrestlers. Alexandra lost — in extra time, no less — to the sturdy Marion in the final match, 2-1. The look on Alexandra’s face as she realized she wasn’t going to be able to escape before the 10-count is heartbreaking. Alexandra competed in her first nude match, against Shanan. Although she lost 4-2, she did score the first point with a controlling hold headlock from which Shanan could not escape. Alexandra also wrestled Sabine to a 0-0 draw in that session, demonstrating considerable endurance.

Alexandra continued to make a good showing during the April 1990 event, defeating Christine and Sylvia in the first two rounds of the historic 16-woman tournament before losing to Shanan by 1-0. She also earned a draw against the very capable Silke, and earned her first win in a nude match, against Vera.

Unfortunately, Alexandra was unable to continue on her upward trajectory. She had three matches during the October 1990 session, but was unable to record a win (1 loss and 2 draws). However, her match against Yvonne was an audience favorite, primarily due to the unique rules for the 3-round match. In the first round, the young ladies were topless and wore wrestling shoes. Alexandra broke from her tradition and, for the only time in her career, wore briefs with a tanga-type back. The next round was nude with wrestling shoes, and the last round was held in the nude. Yvonne inadvertently stole the show by having an improbably hard time removing her footwear.

Alexandra competed in 7 matches during the January 1991 event, and she very well may have overextended herself, earning a single victory against Ira in a 3-woman nude mini-tournament. Alexandra was unable to capitalize in the final against Vanessa, even though her opponent was dealing with a knee injury. Her record for that session was 1-2-4.

In the June 1991 session, Alexandra lost two matches, against the athletic Pitti and the rookie Monika. The second loss was particularly disappointing, as Alexandra wasn’t even able to score a point. The match fairly illustrated Alexandra’s inherent weaknesses, as she didn’t have much of a strategy other than to get on top of her opponent and try to hold her down for a 10-count controlling hold. Given her experience, and that she had earned points via headlock, it was surprising that Alexandra hadn’t learned to apply lessons from prior victories (or at a minimum, when she scored points in a draw or loss).

Alexandra participated in only one session in 1992, and although both resulted in losses, she had what could fairly be considered her best match of her career, albeit in a loss against Vanessa. Competing in what would be her last match in the nude, Alexandra moved extremely fluidly and clearly had a plan to take her opponent down. However, Vanessa was able to take advantage of Alexandra becoming off balance when the initial attack did not succeed, and scored the first two points. To her great credit, Alexandra battled back, evening up the score and losing only by a single point.

She took a year off from wrestling, and competed in one session in 1994 at age 27. Alexandra looked quite fit, and reportedly had been lifting weights. She went 2-1 at that session, finishing her career on a well-deserved high note.
