Thank you for considering becoming a WrestleWiki editor. I hope this small guide will help you become a part of the community. If you have any difficulties understanding the instructions, please feel free to create a thread in the Discussion part of this page (red link above the title) or drop me an email at zweig [AT] wrestlewiki [DOT] com. I will be more than glad to be able to help you out.

Let's start.

General info

WrestleWiki is in the stage of creation. It will be what we make it. But we don't want random results, and thus I came up with a primitive structure that can then be developed. It is very important to hear suggestions at this stage - please leave them in the Discussion page. Because once the wiki grows it will be very difficult to change major things. As difficult as going through each page, one at a time.

So, for a start here are the 4 categories that each page shall be attributed to. Please read this MediaWiki article if you are not knowledgeable about categories.

[Category:Wrestlers Category:Wrestlers] - obviously, all wrestlers will go into this category. [Category:Production Companies Category:Production Companies] - category for production companies [Category:Producers Category:Producers] - individuals making video, related to or owning a production company [Category:Artists Category:Artists] - genre artists

Here's how the category tree looks like. Two of the categories are empty at the moment:

As ideas come up, we may all create extra categories when in need.
