Shannon Logan placed 3rd in a New York Arm Wrestling Association contest in 2001. Before she moved to the submission wrestling scene she was a blue belt in jiu-jitsu and a part of Team Renzo Gracie in 2001. She gained her purple belt in 2002. She lost her only professional MMA bout to Laura D'Auguste due to TKO (corner stoppage) at 7:58 of round 1 in November 2002. She was voted the best mixed wrestler of 2002 on a poll on the MWU website. After retiring from wrestling she started her own tarot card reading business. She has founded a consulting company in 2011. Shannon also is a very accomplished artist and a filmmaker.

MMA match: Reality Fighting 2 11/2/02 Loss Laura D'Auguste TKO (corner stoppage) Rd 1 7:58. The match was fought using a 10 minute round in a boxing ring. Fight was stopped after Shannon took too much damage from punches to the face.

21 Win over Mark -- This was Shannon's most fun video. She takes great pleasure in destroying a young, fit guy while his pretty girlfriend watches. The girlfriend Spring then joins in and beats him up some more using wrestling moves that Shannon shows her. Debbie Lewis (blue belt ju-jitsu) watches also but doesn't join in.

28 Win over John -- This was Shannon's most competitive mixed match. John is young and fit and puts up a good fight, but Shannon destroys him. Action is fast and vicious.
