Helen Von Mott is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and is arguably one of the best female submission wrestlers in the world. She's a former Glow wrestler and Hollywood stunt woman.
During the late 1980's she wrestled and performed for the TV show "Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling" (GLOW) as Jersey Jean. Since then she has turned to competitive sports and has wrestled for numerous video production companies and web sites including Ken Star Productions, Joan Wise Productions, Athena2, Belgian Fighting Women, Femwin, Lilith Productions, Grappling Girls, Les Femmes Fatales, Mixed Wrestling USA and others. Helen operated Virago, a club focused on F/F submission wrestling for several years.
She has twice won the US Open in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as the Arnold Classic in both BJJ and Submission Wrestling. At the moment she is teaching BJJ at LA Boxing in Walnut Creek, California, and seems to have retired from the submission wrestling scene.
