My records show that Belinda was born on 01 April 1960, but I don't know where I got this. Can anyone confirm the 1962 date?

Hi Arbie, glad to have you aboard - I used to follow your work in Yahoo Groups before they decided to apply a wrecking ball to the whole thing. I think the DoB quoted is correct, and if you search for Belinda under her real name of Belinda Endress you'll find more than one reference to 1962 - she has since moved into motor sport with some success.
I did a little research into the SK copyrights; SK copyrights are held by Belinda Lee Belle Endress Quog.
I suspect that "Belle" is a stage-name tack-on; Endress and Quog may be later additions, e.g., she got married. DOB is listed as 1962, but no day or month is given.
The full date of initiation of individual SK copyrights is given, if anyone wants to add that to the SK page.

Update: Belinda first appears as a typical adult model in October 1982, in the magazine Velvet. She subsequently did the rounds (Swank, High Society, Penthouse, etc.), using the names Belinda Foley, Belinda Edwards, Belinda Butterfield, and a few others (about the only thing in common with most of them is the first name, Belinda).
She first used the name, Belinda Endress, in December 1989, when she appeared in Playboy. I have several photos of her across the years; she looks Hispanic, and if I had to guess, I would say she is Portuguese (as in from Brazil or of Brazilian origins or lineage). The SK copyright information lists her last name as Quog, but she stops using that about midway through.
Endress is an English name; so is Foley, Edwards, or Butterfield. Since Belinda Lee Belle Endress appears on the copyrights, we must assume that is or became her lawful name.
However, for what it is worth, there was an up-and-coming English actress, Belinda Lee, killed in an auto accident shortly before Belinda Endress was born.
There is a general physical resemblence.
