Crystal was a wrestler for Grappling Girls. Tall and athletic, Crystal combines a jiu-jitsu background with overall fitness, and is often stronger than all but her largest opponents. Her favorite holds include the rear naked choke, headscissors and bodyscissors, including the figure four variety.
