Helen Von Mott is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and is one of, if not the best, female submission wrestlers in the world. She's a former Glow wrestler and Hollywood stunt woman. Helen operated Virago, a club focused on submission F/F wrestling for several years.
