The Professional Fighters League (PFL) is a mixed martial arts league. It is the first professional MMA organization to present MMA in a format in which individual athletes compete in a regular season, post-season, and championship. PFL acquired World Series of Fighting (WSOF) in 2017. PFL debuted its inaugural season on June 7, 2018 at Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY. In 2018, each champion in the six weight classes won a championship prize of $1 million each. PFL is broadcast in the US on ESPN.
