Petsi was a wrestler for the German Mat Club. Petsi came to wrestling at the relatively late age of 28, and was a mainstay of the GMC from 1987 to 1990, participating in all types of matches, building a strong winning record, and most notably winning the “Knickers Elimination” Tournament in May 1988. Petsi was a fierce competitor who didn’t hesitate to dominate her opponents, particularly in boxing matches. One downside of her attitude was that Petsi sometimes did not demonstrate good sportswomanship, and could be seen disagreeing with the referee’s decision to award a point for a controlling hold to her opponent.
