Slim and toned, Stefanie appeared in several of the early DWW events, wrestling competitively in topless or naked matches including one oil-wrestling bout. She was an enthusiastic fighter and had a particular rivalry with Czech grappler Lada, with whom she wrestled on three occasions.

FOM-627 Stefanie vs Lada
This was an excellent bout between two well-matched girls, competitive and vigorously-fought but sporting so that referee Jeff Long had little to do throughout except to admire the action. Stefanie was the taller of the two and also had a small weight advantage, but Lada tore into her from the start to try to impose herself on her opponent. Stefanie was the first to make a positive move and soon had Lada grimacing in pain as she applied punishing body scissors for two minutes, but when Lada finally escaped the tables were turned as she handed out similar punishment to Stefanie - the hold was only broken when the girls rolled off the mat and Jeff called for a break. From the restart Lada took her opponent to the mat, mounted her and enjoyed a period of dominance without being able to achieve a pin or to gain a submission, but when Stefanie once again was able to apply a body scissors hold Lada was quickly forced to submit. Stefanie then dominated for a spell, continually trapping Lada in scissors until she obtained a second submission which followed a prolonged head scissors. Lada responded forcefully and had the better of the rest of the fight, trying unsuccessfully to score a pin as Stefanie wrestled defensively. The final 2-0 scoreline flattered Stefanie slightly but she had shown the ability to convert pressure into actual scoring when the chances arose.
