Liz Lightspeed AKA Liz Lightning is a highly-talented wrestler and occasional boxer who has worked for numerous production companies. She has a personal history of being a gymnast, a diver and a track and field competitor along with a background in martial arts, yoga, and boxing. Besides competitive submission wrestling she also does pro/semi-competitive wrestling.
