Helen Von Mott is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and is arguably one of the best female submission wrestlers in the world. She's a former GLOW wrestler, a Hollywood stunt woman and founder of Virago, one of the most popular F/F submission wrestling companies of the late 1990's and early 2000's.

During the late 1980's she wrestled and performed for the TV show "Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling" (GLOW) as Jersey Jean. Since then she has turned to competitive sports and has wrestled for numerous video production companies and web sites including Ken Star Productions, Joan Wise Productions, Athena2, Belgian Fighting Women, Femwin, Lilith Productions, Grappling Girls, Les Femmes Fatales, Mixed Wrestling USA and others.

Helen is the only female wrestler to compete at all four of the Women's Wrestling Convention (WWC) events in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2008. Her WWC opponents included such notables as Denise, Momo, Elena V, Bunny Glamazon, Julie Squeeze and Devon Damo.

She has twice won the US Open in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as the Arnold Classic in both BJJ and Submission Wrestling. She later taught BJJ at LA Boxing in Walnut Creek, California. Helen has retired from the submission wrestling scene.
