Joan Wise is a wrestler for Joan Wise Productions , and an ex-Olympic standard swimmer and herself an active wrestler until the mid-1980's, set up the Joan Wise Club in New York in around 1975. The club staged events featuring many of the best-known names from the female fighting genre over the years. These included Nikki Norris, Tori Sinclair, Treena Collins, Tina Bjornson, Robin, Lisa Marie, Shelly "the Burbank Bomber", Kristie Etzold, Luna, Raven (Nancy), Nancy Novak, Blake and Bunny Glamazon.
