Kriszta made her first appearance for DWW at their summer event held at the Chȃteau-Hotel Fenyöharászt, Hungary in August 1996. She continued to be one of the most regular and popular fighters at DWW until 2004. As well as fighting in competitive matches Kriszta also appeared in many of DWW's more erotic matches and she seemed to be equally happy whether she was fighting in bikini, topless or naked.

Catwalk catfight with Eveline

The summer event started in the evening at sunset with a “beauty contest” in which the sixteen contestants were interviewed about their background and their interests. Eveline took her place on the catwalk wearing a distinctive red dress, as she was leaving at the end of her interview Kriszta appeared wearing an identical dress. A confrontation ensued that quickly moved to the wrestling mat where the two fighters soon ripped off one another’s dresses in an intense catfight. Although no rules had been declared for this fight it seemed to be a “pins only” match with neither fighter going for submission holds. Eveline, as the more experienced fighter (this was Kriszta’s first fight), dominated most of the action and several times pinned Kriszta to the mat. After some 12 minutes of combat, Kriszta surrendered to Eveline after being trapped in a prolonged grapevine pin. So Kriszta lost her first ever fight with DWW in a catfight with Eveline.

Fight for third place in The Greek Tournament against Kati

The fight between Kriszta and Kati to decide third place was undoubtedly the best fight of the DWW 1996 Greek Tournament. Kati had won the 1995 event and she came into this fight determined to save her honour by at least getting third place in the 1996 tournament. Although the fight was not billed as a catfight Kati treated it as such by constantly grabbing Kriszta by her hair. Most of the time Kati was in control of the fight and repeatedly manoeuvred Kriszta between her legs so she could apply scissor holds. Kriszta gritted her teeth and resolutely refused to submit despite being in what appeared to be quite painful bodyscissor holds. Eventually after 18 minutes of continuous combat Kati submitted to Kriszta’s combination of full-nelson and bodyscissors holds. So Kriszta took third place in the tournament leaving Kati at the bottom of the table, which must have disappointed her having won the 1995 tournament.
