She trained gymnastics & ballet during her childhood.

In bodybuilding she was the 2003 Pan-Hellenic champion and finished as runner-up in 2004 Balkan Championships. During this time she adopted the Nadia Crow nickname after her favorite US movie The Crow (as revealed in an interview for xbody.gr). She then took a four year hiatus from the sport and competed in wrestling for various producers.
