Monica is a popular bikini wrestler based in the U.K., offering mixed wrestling sessions and competing in wrestling videos against both men and women. At times, she wrestled under the named Monica Moore or Monica Frederick.

Monica has appeared in videos for companies like APL and TPC in addition to releasing videos herself.

Here is a description of Monica from the Femwin website: Monica is a competitive woman who loves to wrestle. She's comes across as being pretty serious, and she is when she's on the mats, however she really does have a great sense of humour and is lots of fun. She's quite strong but what sets her apart from many wrestlers is her ability to inflict and withstand pain! It's very hard to get a submission from Monica due to her pain threshold and because she's an expert at finding ways out of wrestling holds that would make others submit! She's also extremely adept at applying holds.

In addition to wrestling herself, Monica runs a facility called Monica's Wrestling Centre (MWC), a 400 square foot wrestling space in London. According to its Female Wrestler List page (see Relevant links), the facility has professional-grade mats, private changing areas and a shower. MWC regularly hosts top U.K. wrestlers and wrestlers visiting London.

Monica also began hosting live events in May 2003, each featuring a selection of top wrestlers with her very first tournament featuring names like Klaudia S and Shelby Beach.
